York County Parks and Facilities: There are seven county parks offering a variety of activities. Click on the link to get directions and an overview of what each park offers.
York County Senior Center: Click on the link for more information about the current activities offered at the Center. You can also subscribe to their newsletter to stay up-to-date on Center offerings. The Senior Center is conveniently located at 5314 George Washington Memorial Highway (Washington Square Shopping Center).
Golf Courses: There are numerous golf courses in the area including Kiln Creek Golf Club, Newport News Golf Club at Deer Run, Hamptons Golf Course, Eaglewood Golf Course (at Langley Air Force Base), the Pines Golf Course at Fort Eustis, Woodlands Golf Course and more!
Beaches: Several beaches are close by including Yorktown Beach, Buckroe Beach, Fort Monroe, and of course Virginia Beach.
